Blair convinced his father to be a guarantor on his first investment property in his late teens, and his passion for property has continued ever since. He has over 20 years experience in project delivery, and has worked with some exceptional teams, across some remarkable clients.Blair has worked on a wide range of signature projects, including the roll-out of 200 cafes across America for Starbucks; on the award winning Tree House project for Yellow Pages; on the Cadbury distribution Centre at Auckland Airport; the reopening of Les Mills in the Christchurch Red Zone; and the delivery of a 101 speciality store shopping centre at the end of the North Western Motorway for Stride Property.

His extensive experience gained both in New Zealand and offshore enables him to create clear project delivery structures, and allows him to encourage his team to find creative solutions for project challenges.
