Elaine is an inspired and creative professional with a reputation for expertise in the field of Store Development, Visual Experience and Merchandising in national and international markets. Working to the highest standards across diverse and cultural environments providing end to end solutions. She is an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives in a team environment and can always be counted on to deliver.

Originating from the UK with a Degree in Retail Display Design Elaine discovered very early on that retail was in her blood. After a short spell in the Graphic Design field its been pure retail for the last 30 years. A move to New Zealand brought an opportunity to share her knowledge with National Retail brands such as Whitcoulls Group and Pacific Retail Group, with both Companies operating multi-brand strategies,re-branding existing offers and developing new and exciting retail concepts.Facilitating with internal and external teams to ensure the outcome brought world-class retail.

Her experience and background from the UK and incorporation of this into NZ brands brought a new challenge when offered the responsibility for and oversight of all Store Development projects for the iconic kiwi brand Pumpkin Patch. Over the next 10 years, this opportunity developed over 100 New Store and Refurbishment projects for the Pumpkin Patch and Charlie & Me Brands across 18 Countries.

A move to the Cotton On Group came next focusing on the roll-out of five of their brands into the NZ market ensuring the integrity of the Australian design concept was maintained in the NZ legislative environment.

Having initially started life in New Zealand with a short spell in the Capital City, Elaine made the move to Auckland where design in all its forms drives her passion, cycling, running and adventures keep her energised, live music is her constant entertainment and a multitude of friendships keep her sane.
