Kate Villers
People and Culture Manager

Kate joined Tailor Inc in June 2017 after working for one of New Zealand’s largest full service real estate companies. Kate is responsible for maintaining a pleasant and productive work environment at Tailor and looks after the HR, Recruitment, Events and Wellness side of our business. She sets the standard of the staff and client experience whilst at Tailor Inc and is responsible for implementing our Tailor visions and values company wide.

She brings strong administrative skills to her role, in addition to a bubbly personality and an ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Kate prides herself on high levels of organizational effectiveness, bringing people together, communication and putting on a heck of a party!

Kate completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Auckland where she majored in sociology and education. She has worked and lived abroad, and has travelled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Central America. It was during her time in the UK that she first established her property career, working as a property manager for upscale homes in Battersea and Central London. She has a passion for floral design and runs a florist business outside of work hours, specializing in weddings.
