Lai has over 9 years experience in retail and hospitality design. Her experience includes all aspects of design from conceptual design right through to project completion. Working alongside retail design managers and other industry professionals, her projects can be seen in shopping centres all across NZ. Lai's focus is creating spaces that are functional, sophisticated and reflecting a client’s brand.
