With a history in retail of some 30 years, Mike’s career path has spanned a multitude of retail disciplines including copy writing, sales promotion and marketing, shopfitting and, for the past 15 years, tenancy delivery.

Mike established and ran his own very successful 3-dimensional design business specialising in themed retail interiors, exhibitions and sets and props for 14 years before leaving to concentrate on large scale retail project management. As such, he has played a significant role in some of this country’s biggest retail developments including the build of Sylvia Park whilst at Carson Group and, for the last ten years, Kiwi Properties.

Well respected within the industry and equally at home onsite or in the corporate environment, Mike brings to Tailor a unique blend of battle-hardened pragmatism and creative problem solving.
