Natasha Douglas initially joined our Tauranga Team as Office Manager in 2018 but after putting her project skills to good use in the last year and enjoying a few successes,she made the change to Project Coordinator.

Tash has completed a number of office systems accreditation's and has over 20 years of Administrative experience in both the small business and Corporate sectors, most recently in the Head Office of a National Building Company. Natasha brings to Tailor Inc. a great skill set in all areas of administration, including project work, event management, research and analysis, health and safety, human resources, customer service and a passion for all things organisation.

Outside of work, Tash enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring  the local beaches, parks and playgrounds or socialising with friends and trying out the many new eateries that are always popping up around Tauranga.
