Héloïs is a one of the founding members of Tailor Inc and has 25 years of international project management experience across a vast variety of projects. She immigrated to New Zealand from South Africa in 2002. Before that, she worked for several large commercial corporations as a project and asset manager, delivering large scale fit out and design projects. Before establishing her own company in 2010, Helois worked as a Senior Project Manager with several New Zealand companies.

Helois has project managed many large projects in the construction industry, including a $4.8 million procurement project for the University of Auckland’s New Business School. She has carried out due diligence projects for large NZ supermarket chains, and rebranding projects for clients such as the AA, Qantas, and ANZ.

Most of her experience in New Zealand is made up of base-build upgrades, large commercial fit outs, and retail tenancy coordination projects, including Sylvia Park, NorthWest Shopping Centre and Silverdale Mall.
