Although focussed mostly on the display of merchandise, the design also enables customers to experience the NZ Rugby culture. This is supported through interactive activities within the store, such as the Haka display and ball kicking screen.

Merchandise displays around the perimeter of the store are reminiscent of changing room lockers with lighting installed in the carcasses for additional product enhancement. A feature silver fern light is suspended centrally in the store to provide further brand presence and a unique P.O.S experience.
