Tailor has completed three purpose built retail buildings in The Depot Lifestyle Centre at Tauriko. Gilmours, Farmers Department Store and Bed Bath & Beyond opened successfully in 2018. As Project Manager to the owners Tailor delivered practical completion on time and on budget that ensured an integrated tenancy fitout and retail trade was achieved successfully as planned.
