For Shore City, Tailor designed a retail concept for repositioning the ground floor food offer, transforming it from tired inline foodcourt to vibrant, attractive modern market place to showcase tenants new food concepts in a centralised relaxed seating environment.

The design involved the demolition of ground floor tenancies and common area to make way for new market floor, centralised tenancy structures with bespoke seating and a new in-line tenancy configuration that promotes food as the centre of the retail offer.
