Tauranga Crossing Stage 2B
April 4th 2019 saw the much awaited opening of stage 2b of Tauranga’s newest shopping Centre. Boasting some 17 eateries, 43 Specialty stores, a two storey H&M and 800 seat Event Cinemas, this third stage has now added significant F&B and fashion offers to the existing centre.
Tasked with opening all the tenancies on the target date of 04-04-19, the Tailor Tenancy Delivery team, working closely with Leasing,Base-build contractors, Consultants and council achieved this goal, despite several very late leases arriving at the 11th hour. The challenges were significant, particularly with regards to the availability of certain sub-trades in the BOP. That’s said, our team were more than up to the task and through a dynamic combination of hard work, long hours and dogged determination, they met and exceeded all expectations
In addition to the delivery of the tenancies, the Tailor retail design team provided design and project management for several tenancies, including the 700msq North Beach.
